What is our fee?
Full Leasing Agent Service – One Month’s Rent
Our standard fee is equivalent to one month’s rent, which covers the complete leasing process from marketing to tenant move-in.

Do I need to live in the Czech Republic to rent out my property?
No. Many of our landlord clients live abroad. We can handle the entire leasing process on your behalf, including marketing, tenant selection, and legal paperwork—often through a simple power of attorney. You don’t need to be physically present to rent out your property.
Do you also offer property management?
Yes. Beyond leasing, we provide full property management services. This includes rent collection, utility and service provider management, handling tenant requests, and ensuring your property stays in good condition. Perfect if you want a hands-off rental experience.
