A fully furnished studio on the first floor of a classic Žižkov apartment building from 1919, taken back to the structure and completely renovated in 2025. At 30.3 m² the layout is compact but properly resolved - light, warm, with underfloor heating throughout, and immediately rentable. The furnishing is ours: we specified and installed it after the purchase, choosing a palette that holds together as a single scheme rather than a set of separate pieces, and it is the thing guests comment on first. The apartment is entered from a small shared hallway behind the main door, which it shares with one neighbouring unit, each behind its own entrance door. Seifertova is one of Žižkov's main arteries and the building sits directly on it, with the Lipanská tram stop in front of the door - eight minutes to the city centre. Most of Prague's landmarks are three or four stops away, while the Žižkov TV Tower and Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad, with its market and cafés, are within walking distance. The street is lively, which is much of the appeal; the apartment's double windows keep that outside. We have only just started renting the apartment short-term, and the early signs are encouraging - demand is building quickly and the first guests have been genuinely enthusiastic. Žižkov draws a steady year-round mix of visitors, while the layout works equally well for a long-term tenant if you would rather have the stability, so the strategy stays yours.
