A compact, fully furnished studio on the first floor of a classic Žižkov apartment building from 1919, completely renovated in 2025. At 25.5 m² nothing is wasted - the space is worked hard, warmed by underfloor heating, and reads far larger than the floor area suggests. We furnished it ourselves after the purchase, in a palette chosen to work as one considered scheme, which is consistently the first thing guests remark on. Entry is from a small shared hallway behind the main door, shared with one neighbouring unit, each behind its own entrance door. The building stands directly on Seifertova, with the Lipanská tram stop immediately in front — eight minutes from the city centre, and three or four stops from most of the landmarks visitors come for. Closer to home, the Žižkov TV Tower and the cafés and market of Náměstí Jiřího z Poděbrad are an easy walk. Seifertova is a lively street, and that energy is a large part of why guests choose the area; inside, double windows keep the noise where it belongs. Short-term letting has only just begun here, and the early response has been strong — bookings are coming in and the first guests have been very happy with the apartment. The area attracts visitors all year round, and the studio would suit a long-term tenant equally well if you prefer a steady tenancy.
